GRAPHIC designer
pay: $17/hr – $20/hr d.o.e.
Job Purpose:
Create conceptual and production designs for signage projects, graphics, and branded environments. Team members operate with a high degree of self-motivation, strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines. She/he demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills, and has the ability to work independently on projects. A working knowledge of the sign/graphics industry is helpful to communicate intricate details into designs.
Qualifications:
Qualified people will be detail oriented, creative, and a self-starter. Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is mandatory (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are most frequently used).
A high-school degree is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires working daily in design software & communicating with account managers and production staff in a consistent professional manner.

PRODUCTION / install OPERATOR
pay: $16/hr – $25/hr d.o.e.
Job Purpose:
Our production & install team are our makers, builders, printers, and painters. They’re the ones that bring our clients’ projects to life & put the projects out into the real world. They appreciate the idea of creating work that will impact their community for years & decades to come.
This group of handy individuals know how to work well in a team environment, being flexible as needed to help the team accomplish its goal.
Qualifications:
Qualified people will be thoughtful, handy, and action-oriented. They must work well in team settings. Fabrication, carpentry, or construction experience is strongly preferred, but any individuals who consider him/herself “handy” is encouraged to apply.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory, but knowledge of CAD software
A high-school degree is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 75lbs. and work on your feet for an hour or more at a time. It helps if you’re not deathly afraid of heights, although a healthy respect for them is always appreciated.

pre-press designer / printer operator
pay: $16/hr – $22/hr d.o.e.
Job Purpose:
As the Press Operator, you will receive files from the Design team and will then prepare them to be sent to the corresponding machines (printers, plotters, CNC cutting machines, etc). This person will keep an inventory of all print and cut media as well, as perform all routine maintenance on the printers and plotters. The Press Operator will also assist in production on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Qualified people will be detail oriented and a self-starter. The ability to organize & prioritize a large volume of tasks is essential to success in this role. Knowledge of color management, printer operation, and other commercial signage / print production experience is helpful.
Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is mandatory (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are most frequently used)
A high-school degree is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 75lbs. and work on your feet for an hour or more at a time. Must have vision suitable for accurate color-matching & print quality management.
